Barbara Jo Rowe, age 74, resident of Webster, TX, passed away on June 26, 2022.

She was born on November 29, 1947, in Toledo, OH, to Hal and Alice Bachman.

Barbara grew up traveling to many places through her father's time in the U.S. Air Force. She loved spending time with her older brother Philip Bachman. She raised two sons, Richard and Cameron Rowe, and shared with them her many fond memories of traveling and family time. Barbara enjoyed camping with her boys. She devoted much time into sharing their interests and helping them succeed in doing the things that they loved.

Barbara had a very warm personality, and is remembered for always putting other people first. She made her home a place where everyone was welcomed and shown kindness.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hal and Alice Bachman. She is survived by her brother, Philip Bachman, her sons Cameron Rowe and Richard Rowe; and her grandchildren Samantha, Nathaniel, Alicen, and Andrew.

A memorial service will be held for Barbara at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 13th, at Christ's Church of the Assemblies of God, 1401 Bay Area Blvd, Houston, TX 77058.
