Alberta McClish
CARSON CITY -- Alberta McClish, 73, died Sunday in a Carson City care center.
A native of Alberta, Canada, she was born Feb. 29, 1912, and had lived in Carson City for the past three years, coming from Albion, Calif.
Mrs. McClish was a homemaker and a member of the Shakespearean Actors at the Hollywood Playhouse in Los Angeles.
Surviving are her husband, Leonard, daughter, Darleen DaSilva, and a son, William Gerow, all of Carson City; son, James Gerow of Las Vegas; stepsons, Donald McClish of Felton, Calif., and Dennis McClish of Healdsburg, Calif.; brother, Paul Hannegan of Escondido, Calif; 13 grandchildren; and eight greatgrandchildren.
No funeral is scheduled.
Cremation was at the Masonic Memorial Gardens Crematorium, Reno, under the direction of Fitz-Henry's Funeral Home.
