Lemoore, Kings Co. - Funeral services will be held here tomorrow at 2 PM in the Phipps Chapel for Robert Lee Paige, 58, of Laton, who died Sunday night of injuries suffered in a traffic accident.
Burial will be in the Lemoore Cemetery.
A native of Arkansas, he lived in the Laton-Riverdale district for 17 years. He was a farmer and a member of the Pentecostal Church of God.
Surviving are his widow Della; three daughters, Mrs. L G Brooks and Mrs. Tony Rose of Quincy, Wash., and Mrs. Manuel Pereira of Lemoore; one son, Joseph Paige in the air force stationed in Idaho; three sisters, Mrs. Louis Vanderhieden of Laton, Mrs. John Bryson of Caruthers and Mrs. Minnie Cottney of Oklahoma; and 12 grandchildren.


LATON MAN DIES OF INJURIES (The Hanford Sentinel) 1960

Robert Lee Paige of Laton died Sunday as the result of injuries suffered in an auto accident. He was 58 years old and had lived in the Riverdale area since 1943 where he was engaged in farming. Paige was a member of the Pentecostal Church of God.
Survivors include his wife. Mrs. Della Paige of Laton; three daughters, Mrs. L G Brooks and Mrs. Tony Rose, both of Quincy, Wash., and Mrs. Manuel Pereira of Lemoore; one son Joe Paige in the U.S. Air Force at Mt. Home AFB, Idaho; 12 grandchildren; and three sisters, Mrs. Vanderhieden of Laton; Mrs. John Bryson of Caruthers, and Mrs. Minnie Cottney of Sallisaw, Okla.
Funeral services will be Friday afternoon at 2 pm in the Phipps Chapel in Lemoore with the Rev Roy Little of the Pentecostal Church of God in Armona officiating. Interment will follow in the Lemoore Cemetery.


Woman, Man Killed (McClatchy Newspaper Service) February 29, 1960
HANFORD, Kings Co.
Mrs. Voyce Ann Marcano, 26 of 5041 Fifteenth Avenue west of Hardwick was killed instantly last night in a two car collision and Robert Page 59, of Laton died five hours later from injuries suffered in the accident.
The crash occurred at 6:57 PM just west of Hardwick on Excelsior Avenue during a heavy rain, according to highway patrol officers who still are investigating the case. Mrs. Marcano was driving one auto and Page was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Louie A Vanderheiden, 56, of 1590 East Lewiston Avenue, Laton.
