Malinda Jane Pruitt, 58, of Pea Ridge, Ark., passed away Thurs., Oct. 28, 2021. She was born July 4, 1963, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Katherine Louise Pruitt and Donald Ray Pruitt, Sr.
Malinda loved horses, music, and tending her vegetable garden. She will be remembered for her witty mind, and excelled at working crossword and sudoku puzzles. She had a gift for finding four-leaf clovers and that gift was passed to her eldest daughter and oldest granddaughter.
Malinda was preceded in death by her father, and a sister Donna Marie Ellis. Survivors are her mother, children Katherine Lynn Setzer, Christina Marie Clark (Robert), Alicia Renee Whitted (Christopher), and Zachariah Wesley McFadden, brother Donald Ray Pruitt, Jr. [date of death Nov. 2021*], and numerous extended family and dear friends.
