Mary Jane, was born on March 15th, 1930 in Trail B.C. and at the age of 92, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 14th, 2022. (Columbia View Lodge)
Jane was predeceased by the love of her life, Jim (March 2018). She truly missed him and always shared wonderful memories of the 68 years they spent together.

Jane was one of six children born to George and Helen Aitken. She spent her life in the Trail area residing at Bell Place, Wellington Street, Shakespeare Street and finally settling in the house on the hill on Whitman Way. Jane always referred to Warfield as her village and took pride in being one of the oldest and longest residents. Jane is survived by her only living sibling George and sister-in-law Valerie. She leaves behind her family,
5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
last months were spent at Columbia View Lodge. We would like to extend a special thank you to the staff for your care and kindness.
