Ashley Nicole Holloway, 45, of Van Buren, Arkansas, departed this life on Thursday, October 6, 2022. She was born on September 10, 1977 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Ashley was the daughter of Larry Holloway and the late Linda Holloway of Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was a 1995 graduate of Southside High School and was a Certified Nursing Assistant for several years. She was currently employed as a Licensed Insurance Agent at Sykes Enterprises. Ashley loved to sing karaoke and was a talented musician with a warm and outgoing personality. She will be mourned by many family members and close friends who loved her dearly. Ashley is preceded in death by her mother, Linda Holloway, her maternal grandparents Lewis and Beulah Tucker, her paternal grandmother, Barbara Holloway and maternal uncle, Edward Tucker, and Jane Ann Hope. She is survived by her father and stepmother, Larry and Maytha Holloway of Fort Smith, her step sister, Julie Dime Keffer (Todd) of Midlothian, VA and her paternal uncles, Danny Holloway (Peggy) of Tulsa, OK, Stephen Holloway and Randy Holloway (Gwen) of Fort Smith and paternal aunt, Barbara Mathews (Farrel) of Bella Vista, along with maternal uncle Chuck Tucker (Minnie) and maternal aunt Edna Mae Lowry of Pocola, Oklahoma and Juanita Polk of Fort Smith. She is also survived by many close cousins who were like sisters and brothers to her including her singing buddies, Natalie, Britney and Tori. Funeral services will be Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Lewis Funeral Chapel, 4817 Kelley Hwy, Fort Smith, Arkansas with burial directly following at Macedonia Cemetery in Pocola, Oklahoma. Rev. Mike Franklin, pastor of Rye Hill Baptist Church will officiate. Services are under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel. The family requests that memorials be made the church or charity of ones choice.
