JACOB HECKMAN AND MISS ANNIE BEHRENS, BOTH OF JORDAN, were Wednesday morning united in marriage at the home of the parents of the bride Mr. &  Mrs. Herman Behrens. The ceremony was performed in the presence of about twenty-five friends of the couple by the Rev. J. G. Trefz, pastor of the West Jordan Lutheran church.

After the service was said a splendid wedding dinner was served, which was a most enjoyable feature.
The bride was remembered with a large number of beautiful gifts. The couple will begin housekeeping at once on the John Arnold farm in Jordan.

Both of the young people are very well known and well liked. The groom's parents live in Germany; he has been here a number of years and has proven himself worthy in every way.
The bride had worked in this city for a number of years and has many friends here. The couple has the sincerest congratulations and best wishes  of everybody.
