Margaret E. Faulkner in Guilford, CT age 95, passed away peacefully in her sleep on 3 October 2022 with her devoted and loving family by her bed side. She was born the last one of 11 children, 7 girls & 4 boys to parents of Narcisse Henry & Martha Whiliamena LeBlanc, on 22 January 1927 in Red Hook Brooklyn, NY. She grew up on Coffee Street in Red Hook and graduated H.S. School, worked as a switchboard operator where she met the love of her life and soul mate Ralph J. Faulkner. They were married on 20 June 1953 and settled down to make their home in Indian Cove, Guilford, CT to raise a family. Margaret "Peggy" was predeceased by her loving husband Ralph in 2012.
She is predeceased by her brothers and sisters, William, Florence "Flo", Emma, Walter, Peter, Eleanor, Harry, Alvina, Elizabeth "Betsey" and Marion LeBlanc
Peggy was the loving mother and is survived by Robert J. Faulkner, John R. (Pattie) Faulkner, of Guilford and Martha J. Faulkner Crespo of Naples, FL.
She is also survived by seven grandchildren. Danielle, David (Karyn) and Derek Faulkner, Julian (Aly), Brandon, Tyler (Kate) and Alyssa Crespo and great grandchild Odin M. Hutchins.
Friends are invited to visitation hours on Friday, October 14, 2022 from 5pm to 8pm at the Guilford Funeral Home at 115 Church Street., Guilford, CT. Graveside services will take place on Saturday, 15 October at 11 am at the St. George Cemetery, Hubbard Rd., (CT-77), Guilford, CT 06437.
