He was born October 2, 1935, in Chillicothe, to the late Charles S. and Ruth O. Doles Robinson. On November 7, 1959, he married the former Carol Perry who passed August 24, 2020.
Surviving are children Jeffery Robinson, Cheryl (Eric) Tackett and Michael Robinson, all of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Katherine (Ryan) Hosler and Corey (Tessa Snyder) Tackett; great grandchildren, Natalie, Greyson, Xavier and Tristan; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his twin brother, Ronald D. Robinson and a sister, Carma Jane Ritchie.
Don served in the United States Army from 1954 to 1956. In 1998, Don retired from Chilpaco, following 40 years of service, where he had worked as an electrician. Don was a member of U.P.I.U. Local 988.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 6, 2022 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Chris Brown officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery at the convenience of the family where military graveside rites will be conducted by the Ross County Veterans Honor Guard. WARE FUNERAL HOME
