Elizabeth Rash married Rubin McPherson 26 December 1816. Rubin and Elizabeth McPherson had at least 6 children. Rubin McPherson died 15 August 1842 in Jackson County, Alabama and Elizabeth and her children moved to Newton County, Arkansas where she married Jesse E. Casey about 1848. She died 14 August 1894 and was buried with the McPherson name.
