Jean was very involved with her family ensuring they were well looked after throughout the years. She worked as a lead bank teller, served as the Co-President of the Stratford Chase Garden Club, and was an active member of First Baptist Norfolk. Jean had a passion for cooking, painting, and photography as well.
Left to cherish her memory is her two sons, Michael D. Hanna and Robert W. Hanna & wife Kimberly; 9 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; along with extended family members and friends.
She was predeceased by her loving husband CDR Charles M. Seward Jr and parents Rex & Dorothy Wiggs.
Burial will take place at Colonial Grove Memorial Park.
