Frances attended Herbst High School and married Ora Hueston on June 19, 1973. She worked for Farnsworth/RCA and then at Foster-Forbes until she was 65, retiring in 1990. Frances always provided for her family, and she loved spending time with them.
Survivors include her children, Lawrence (Jan) Miller of Hartford City, Don Miller of Marion, and Karen Owings of Marion; 18 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and sister, Norma Martin.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ora; children, Larry Miller, Jackie Cochran, and Carol Ann Conrad; brothers, Lawrence, Alfred, George, and Bernard; sisters, Juanita, Delores, Margaret, and Vivian; grandsons, Rodney Miller, Kevin Thien, and Jesse Owings; great-great-grandson, Leighton Owings; and daughter-in-law, Alene Miller.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 30, 2022, at Grant Memorial Park with Brother Denton Howard officiating.
