Elizabeth "Liz" Ann Cannady, 79, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2022. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.

She was born in Weleetka, Oklahoma, to Thomas and Irene Smith. She married Ronald Kit Cannady in Loveland Colorado, October 2, 1958.

She was a member of the Muscogee (Creek Nation Tribe). She worked at the Indian Health Clinic until she retired. She also was the president of the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW from 1982 to 1983 and continued as a past president member.

She is survived by her sister, Jacqueline, two sons, Scott, and Tyler, daughter, Christine, and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and sister.

A Viewing will be held on September 29, 2022, at Brookside Funeral Home (500 W. Prospect, Moxee, WA 98936), at 10:00am, followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00am. A Graveside Service will follow at 1:00pm at West Hills Memorial Park. A Celebration of Llife will follow immediately after, at the Mobile Manor Club House (8301 Tieton Drive).
