Obit: Abilene Reporter 24 Nov 1998. Reuben Wesley Bilbrey, 65, died Sunday in Fort Worth, Texas. Graveside services were held at Rock Church Cemetery, Blanket, Brown, Texas with Rev R.J. Elkins officiating, directed by Davis-Morris Funeral home. Mr. Bilbrey was born in Tarzan, Martin, Texas and was a supervisor for the Salvation Army Thrift Store in Austin, Texas. He was an Army Veteran. His only surviving sibling is Lois Lee Bilbrey Falduti of New Jersey.
