He is survived by his wife, Patricia Patton of the home; his son, Robert Patton of Hartman, Arkansas; his brothers, Harold and Sharon Patton of Sand Springs, OK; Jim and Nancy Patton of Tulsa, OK; Roger Patton of Stigler, OK; his sisters, Sharon Browning of Whitefield, OK; Karen and David Caldwell of Anderson, SC; Pam Nelson of Clarksville, AR; Anita Patton of Clarksville, AR; his five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation is from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at the Hardwicke Chapel in Clarksville, AR.

Services are 1 p.m., Thursday, September 29, 2022 at the Hartman Cemetery in Hartman, Arkansas with Brother Jeff Mize officiating. Pallbearers are Bo Keylon, Justin Haynes, Erick Hurst, John Brown, Kenny Phillips, D.J. Teague, Wyatt Morrow, and Dustin Kraus.
