She was born Sunday, October 4, 1925, in Leck Kill, PA, daughter of the late Charles and Helen Boyer Rothermel.
She had worked at the former Muskin Shoe factory in Millersburg.
She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Rife.
Surviving is her husband, Monroe C. Novinger; two sons, Ronald and his wife Joyce and Larry and his wife Judy; a daughter, Faye Herb and her husband Larry all of Millersburg; five brothers, Charles Rothermel of Newport Ritchey, FL, Kenneth Rothermel of Halifax, Daniel "Nick" Rothermel and Wayne Rothermel, both of Millersburg, Lamar Rothemel of Dornsife; three Sisters, Jean Schaffner of Herndon, Mildred Fulkroad of Millersburg, Fern Donmoyer of Pine Grove; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother Frank and two sisters Vesta Webster and Marion Bickel.
Memorial Services will be held at Zion Lutheran Church in Rife on Tuesday, February 5, 2008, at 7 PM with Rev. Elizabeth George officiating.
Inurnment will be at the convenience of the family in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Rife.
Friends will be received 6-7 PM, Tuesday, February 5th at the church.
