Death of Mrs. J. N. Bunce.
Mrs. Edith A. Bunce, wife of J. N. Bunce, died last Thursday evening of heart failure, following confinement with twins, neither of which survived the mother.
A husband and four children, the eldest a girl of 13, years are left to mourn the loss of the beloved wife and mother. Mr. Bunce and family came to this city last fall from Sumner county and during their short residence here have made many warm friends whose sympathies are deeply moved by this sad affliction.
The oldest daughter, Miss Ethel Bunce, with the youngest, Lena, has been visiting a lady friend near Hunnewell for some time past. They were notified by telegraph of their loss and returned to this city at once, in company with Mrs. Bunce's mother, who lives in Oklahoma.
The funeral took place from the family residence at 6 o'clock .Saturday evening. Services were conducted by Rev. G. W. Stafford, in the absence of Rev. S. S. Estey, of whose church Mrs. Bunce was a member.
