Janet was of the Baptist faith. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. Janet enjoyed being a homemaker
and taking care of her family. She was former member of the Pound Rescue Squad and the Pound Fire Department Ladies
Auxillary. Janet enjoyed crocheting, reading romance novels and spending time on facebook. She loved to gripe at and pick
on Jake and Evan, hey that's what moms do. Probably her greatest joy recently was spending time with her grandkids.
Janet was preceded in death by her parents Donnie and Janice (Lundy) Moore; and her sister Donna Moore.
Survivors include her loving husband of 31 years Glenn Cantrell; her sons Jake Cantrell and wife Jessica-Pound, VA and
Evan Cantrell and fiance' Justina Williams-Pound, VA and her children Riley and Landon Barber; grandchildren Abigail Mullins, Landon Mullins and Lincoln Mullins; a special daughter Casey Napier and husband Kevin-London, KY and her bonus grandchildren Levi, Jenna, Addie and Emory Napier; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and a host of friends and loved ones.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Thursday September 22, 2022 in the Baker Funeral Home Chapel with
Reverend James Bolling and Reverend Randy Carter officiating.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until time of services.
Burial will follow in the Lundy Family Cemetery on Highland Drive-Pound, VA where Jake Cantrell, Evan Cantrell, Kevin
Napier, Alex Stallard, James Cantrell and Jeremy Sartin will serve as pallbearers. Members of the Pound Rescue Squad and
members of the Pound Fire Department will serve as honorary pallbearers.
