He is survived by his wife of 20yrs, Melissa Clark; and Sons David Clark (Bobbi), Tom Kennedy (Amanda), Robbie McClelland (Becky), Paul Bullard; 9 grandchildren; his sister, Melinda Clark (Rick), his brother Jim Blackshear (Michelle), and several nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
