Funeral services for Mrs. Jennie Detor, widow of George Detor, who died yesterday afternoon at her home, 811 Kirkpatrick st., will be held at 8:45 A.M. Thursday in the home.
A solemn high mass of requiem will be sung at 9:30 A.M. in St. John the Baptist Church. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery. Mrs. Detor had lived n Syracuse for 52 years and was a member of the Rosary Society of St. John the Baptist Church. Survivors are two sons, Joseph A. Detor and George D. Detor; two daughters, Miss Bridget M. Detor and Mrs. Michael Lombard; two brothers, John DeNero and Joseph DeNero ot Scranton, Pa.; three grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

According to the 1920 United States Federal Census, Jennie and her husband George Detor resided at 811 Kirkpatrick Street in Syracuse, New York. George was 48 years old and born in Italy about 1872. He immigrated to the U.S. in 1886 and became a naturalized citizen in 1891. His occupation was contractor in the home [building] industry. Jennie was 38 years old and born in Italy about 1882. She immigrated to the U.S. in 1898 and was naturalized in 1899. Their four children resided with them: daughter Bridget, 21 years old; son Joseph, 20; daughter Frances, 18; son George, 15.
