Mark William Goodson July 20, 1955 - May 12, 2010 Born in Mexico, Missouri, to William and Ann Goodson. Came to the Bay Area with his family in 1959 where he lived thereafter. After graduation from Del Valle High School in Lafayette, he attended St. Mary's College, and graduated from UC Davis and Hastings School of Law. As an attorney, he was a partner in the 1980's at the law firm of Breon, Galgani, & Godino. Forced to retire at age 33 for health reasons, Mark embarked on a new life of discovery, traveling much of the world. His interests were many-art, architecture, opera, theater, history and so much more. But most of all, he was interested in exploring how people lived around the world. His father, William, preceded him in death. He is survived by his partner, Robert McCleskey; his mother, Ann Goodson; sister, Teresa Himes; niece, Kimberly Aronsen; nephew, Eric Himes; and three great nephews.
