Shirley Fisher passed away September 18, 2022, in Grand Saline. She was born February 3, 1939, in Grand Saline, to Albert & Zell Miller Hashert. She married Keith Fisher in Edgewood on October 22, 1955. Shirley lived most of her life in Grand Saline and was a member of First Baptist Church in Yantis.

Preceded in death by her parents, and brother-in-law, Odell Rogers.

Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Keith Fisher of Grand Saline; son, Gregg Fisher and wife Julie of Grand Saline; daughter, Wendy Fisher of Frisco; brother, James Hashert and wife Janene; sister, Mary Rogers of Grand Saline; four grandchildren, Austin Fisher, Jordan Gilbert, Chase Fisher, and Kandace Phillips; ten great-grandchildren, Brynleigh, Paisley, Walker, Dallas, Savannah, Georgia, Caroline, Gaines, Brady, and Maverick; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Graveside services for Mrs. Shirley Hashert Fisher were scheduled for 11 a.m., Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at Woodside Cemetery with Chase Fisher and Austin Fisher officiating, under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home.

The family would like to welcome friends to a reception, after the service, at the Grand Saline Old School Museum.
