VIDALIA - Memorial services for Mrs. Abbigail Baroni, 49, of Vidalia, who died Tuesday, March 4, 2014, at Camelot Leisure Living Center, will be at 5 p.m. Tuesday at the home of Burton Gossett, 582 Eagle Road, Vidalia. Family and friends are invited to the service.
Mrs. Baroni was born March 1, 1965, in Vidalia, the daughter of Homer and Irma Lee Leake Gossett. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include two sons, Travis McElwee and Smokey Wilson; one granddaughter, Taylor McElwee, all of Vidalia; one brother, Burton Gossett of Vidalia; seven sisters, Shirley Martin and Gloria Gossett, both of Ferriday, Jane Blaylock, Laurene Peoples of Winnsboro, Kay Whitehead and Ellie Pettis, both of Natchez and Bobbie Hogue of Tallulah; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Abbigail was cremated and her ashes were buried at Providence Memorial.
