Rosie Lee Cooper affectionately known to all as Madea was born May 20, 1937 in Vicksburg, Mississippi, the only child of Sarah Kline and Garfield Powell Jr.
Rosie was a very loving mother and wonderful grandmother. She enjoyed fishing, cooking, and spending time with her family. Rosie had a big heart, her doors were always open , and she did everything she could for all of those around her.
Rosie was preceded in death by her mother, Sarah Kline-Moore, the father of her children, Robert Moore, daughter, Linda Gail, uncle Charlie Kline, aunt Fredonia Thomas, cousins, Jessie and Henry Kline.
She leaves to cherish her memory two sons; six daughters; twenty-one grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; many other relatives and friends, including the Kline family.
