Keith Todd Lynch, age 72, of Claremont,, passed away at home on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, after a long, hard battle with cancer. Born in Catawba County, he was the son of the late Milton McCollough Lynch and Minnie Mae Hartzoge Lynch.

In addition to his parents, Keith was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Jerry and P. Ray Lynch.

He was a Vietnam Veteran and a musician. He always said he was the best. He loved country, God, music, and people.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Betty Arney Lynch of the home; sons, Allen R. Hedrick and wife Liz of Conover, Kevin C. Lynch and wife, Collette of Hickory; daughter, Michelle Lockhart of Clarksville, TN; 6 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 p.m on Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Newton with Father Jim Collins and Deacon Scott Giliffan officiating. Burial will follow at the Conover City Cemetery.

The Lynch family has entrusted funeral arrangements to Drum Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Conover, NC.
