EAST LIVERPOOL – Margaret Brown, of East Liverpool, passed away suddenly Saturday morning, September 17, 2022, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown. She was 85.

Born in East Liverpool, February 4, 1937, she was a daughter of the late David M. Bahen, Sr. and Agnes M. Maloney Madden Bahen. A resident of the area all her life, she worked as a patient attendant at East Liverpool City Hospital for 20 years. She was a member of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, the Eastern Star and the Social Order of the Beauceant.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Lewis Bolton.

She is survived by her husband, Earl F. Brown, Jr., whom she married September 21, 1983. She also leaves behind five step-children, David Brown, Daniel Brown, Cheryl Colley, Robert Thorne and James Thorne, as well as many step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren and step-great-great-grandchildren. She was especially close to her two step-great-grandchildren, Braxton and Skylis.

Fr. William Pugliese of the church will conduct a funeral service at 12:00 p.m. noon Tuesday at the Dawson Funeral Home. Friends may visit two hours prior to the service. Burial will be at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
