It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Albert Fouasse, on November 14, 2013, at Foyer Actionmarguerite / St. Vital, at the age of 93 years.

Albert was predeceased by his first wife Rose Jacques (2004), his second wife Victoria Kasperski (2013), his son Hubert Fouasse (2011), his brother François, and sisters Irene Durand, Germaine Bazin, Yvonne Landreville and Marie-Anne Dupasquier.

He leaves to mourn his son and his two daughters with their spouses / partners, eight grandchildren with their spouses / partners, seven great-grandchildren, as well as a stepson, and a stepdaughter with her three children.

Albert was born in Notre Dame de Lourdes, MB where he farmed until 1967. After moving to Winnipeg, he worked for St. Boniface School Division until he retired in 1991.

In accordance with Albert's wishes, a private funeral service has been arranged.

The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the dedicated staff of Foyer Actionmarguerite / St. Vital for their kindness and compassionate care. Donations may be made in Albert's memory to Foyer Actionmarguerite / St. Vital (Foyer Valade) or to a charity of choice.
