Age 77, of Oakdale, passed away September 11, 2022, after a long battle with Alzheimer's.

Preceded in death by parents, Joe and Katherine; brother, Chuck; sister, Carol; other loving relatives and friends.

Survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Judy (Parent); sons, Jay (Jill) and Eric (Siri); daughter, Andrea (Bryan) Sjoquist; grandchildren, Olivia, Stieg, Emma, and Logan; brothers, Bob (Pat), Gene (Joan), and Art (Paula); sister, Karlene (Gary) Mohrlant; sister-in-law, Marsha; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Arnie graduated from Harding High. He was a lifelong member and Hall of Fame inductee of the St. Paul Ski Club, where he served as the junior ski club president and coach. He also enjoyed coaching youth sports, gardening, and attending classic car shows.

Arnie was known for his humor and for being a loyal and dependable friend. Above all, Arnie was a great family man who cherished his wife, kids, and grandkids.

Funeral services will be held at St. Pascal Baylon (1757 Conway St., St. Paul) on Friday, September 16, 2022. Visitation from 9-11am, funeral mass at 11am.

Interment at Union Cemetery, Maplewood, Minnesota.
