Terry was born in Duluth, on Saint Valentine's Day to Paul and Maxine Taylor.
He was a graduate of Duluth Central High School where he played on the varsity basketball team. Shortly after graduation, Terry left Duluth to join the U.S. Army. After serving four years in the Army, Terry settled in Southern California where he joined Exxon Mobil. He worked at their Torrance Refinery for 22 years concluding in a Supervisor role.
Terry's pride and joy were his two beautiful daughters, Nicole and Haylie. He was a truly committed and loving father who could not be more proud of his children.
Terry is preceded in death and greeted in Heaven by his father, Paul Taylor Jr. and his niece, Tanya Michelle Byers.
Terry will be especially remembered for his contagious laughter, unmatched sense of humor, and unyielding dedication to his children.
