Wanda was a loving wife and mother of 3 children. Wanda was born September 24, 1930 in Yale Oklahoma. She attended Norfolk and Council Valley Schools.
Growing up she helped her parents on the farm and assisted where she could with running her family service station and grocery store located between Cushing and Yale.
April 2, 1950, she married Lewis Obadiah Kinzie and started a 69-year love affair that began in a small house located on the Kinzie farm south of Stillwater Oklahoma.
Wanda started her professional career as part of the Payne County Home Extension Agency in 1949. From there she was employed as a Deputy of the Payne County clerk office for 17 years. After that she worked in the Payne County Title and University Abstract Company until her retirement in 1989.
Wanda enjoyed traveling with her family taking a yearly vacation, where she spent countless hours planning every stop along the way. After retirement Wanda and Lewis along with friends enjoyed many bus trips throughout the United States and Canada. The highlight of their travels was a trip to New Zealand and Australia. Wanda was also known for her many last-minute trips to Branson.
Wanda also spent her retirement volunteering and helping where she could, whether it was driving for
D.H.S. or shopping for individuals that needed her help. Her main love was working in the Immanuel Baptist Church kitchen and organizing whatever event the church was hosting.
Wanda was preceded in death by her husband Lewis, her parents Winnie and Bessie Hill along with a younger sister Lovan Hill.
She is survived by her daughters Regina and husband Dennis Henry, Sandina and husband C.L. Stallard along with her son Winfrey and wife Patsy Kinzie.
Grandchildren Michael and wife Heather Marlow, Cy and wife Casey Stallard, Chas and wife Taylor Stallard, Carley and her husband Casey Buller, Kirk and his wife Jennifer Kinzie.
Great Grandchildren Chase, Parker and Cole Marlow, Kaden and Gavin Hancock, Cortlyn Stallard, Rylan and Jackson Rodgers and Kompton Kinzie.
