Thomas Milton Poppell PERRY - Thomas (Pop) Milton Poppell, 62, of Perry, died Wednesday at Tallahassee Memorial Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 4:30 p.m. today at Joe P. Burns Funeral Chapel in Perry. Burial will follow at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Evergreen Cemetery. He was a lifelong resident of Perry. He was a retired sheet metal worker and the owner and operator of Pop Taxi. He was a member of Ezra Masonic Lodge in Jacksonville and Sheet Metal Union in Tampa. Survivors include two sons, two sisters, a brother and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Burial Evergreen Cemetery, Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida
