Dave was a machinist with Papercraft and Matthews Corp. for over 20 years. He left work as a machinist to start his own welding business, Dave's Welding. In addition to welding any type of metal, he refinished many antique cars for his customers. He was known to be very precise in his work; If he could not find a replacement part, he made a machine to make the part. He had a huge smile that lit up a room, and was known to be a practical joker, always left a tip (Plant your corn early), and loved his wife of 55 years.

All that knew him, will remember his kind heart and willingness to help anyone in need, his ability to fix anything on a car, his gift of storytelling, and that he was just a great man who left this world too soon.
