Mrs. Williams was born on May 8, 1951, in Johnsonville. She worked in retail sales and retired from Belk. Mrs. Williams loved animals, going to the beach, and reading but especially the time spent with family and grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Darry Williams, of Hemingway; two daughters, Samara W. Chapman (Mitch) of Hemingway and Karla W. Cross (Edward) of Myrtle Beach ; one son, Ryan Williams (Paige) of Hemingway; grandchildren, Teak, Haiden, Chase, Aidan, Austin, Nolan, and Kate; 3 brothers, Chris Fitts (Denise), Bill Fitts (Karen) and Mike Fine (Peggy).
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam Lewis and Isla Gaster Daniels; Hazel Fitts, and a brother, Bob Fitts.
A graveside service for Mrs.Williams will be held at 2 PM, Sunday, June 12, 2022, at Williams Hill Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery, 86 Williams Hill Road, Hemingway, S.C. Officiating will be Rev. Doug Mathis.
A visitation will be held from 6-8 PM Saturday, June 11, 2022, at Young Funeral Home.
