Dennis Michael Flinn, 72, of Wentzville, Missouri died on December 22, 2021. Dennis was born in St. Louis, Missouri but his father was in the military and they lived in various places stateside and overseas. He graduated from Knob Noster High School in Missouri and attended the University of Missouri, St. Louis where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration of Justice and Master's Degree in City Management. He also received an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Webster College. He began his career as a St. Louis City Police Officer and later moved to the St. Louis County Police Force.
