Obituary for Jacob Anthony Pino
Jacob Anthony Pino, "Boogie" "Papo", 68, of Pueblo, passed away on September 6, 2022.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jake Pino and Patricia (Armando) Valdez; siblings, Yolanda Gonzales, Kathy Pino, Frederick Valdez and Patricia Ann Turner; mother-in-law, Geraldine Gomez; numerous family.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Mary Pino, children, Marissa (Taoufiq) Ezznagui and Matthew Anthony Pino; grandchildren, Noah Ezznagui, Dylan Anthony Pino and Jackson Charles Pino; siblings, Merie (George) Trujillo, Jean (Ron) Parker, Steve (Helen) Pino, Sue Duran, Fenton Jackson and Mark Jackson; stepmother, Sandra Pino; sisters-in-law, Bernadette (Steve) Brewer, Pam (Sam) Atencio and Denise Laine; father-in-law, Joe Gomez; godchildren, Jacqueline (John) Terrasi, Jesse Montoya, Abel Cordova, Cailee Parker and Theresa Franco; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; extended family and friends.
Jacob was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed Mariachi music, karaoke and fantasy football. He also enjoyed playing darts. More than anything he adored his family and loved being a grandpa "Papo". He will be fondly remembered and always loved by the friends and family he leaves behind.
Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00 am, Wednesday, September 14, 2022, Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Interment to follow, Roselawn Cemetery. The family kindly request attendees to the funeral dress in purple attire.
