MARION E. MOAN , 84, of Knotty Oak Road, a homemaker, died Wednesday at Brookside Villa.
She was the wife of the late Alfred R. Moan Sr. Born in Coventry, she was a daughter of the late Charles E. and Katherine (Tucker) Yeaw.
She was a member of Hope-Jackson Fire Department and Ladies Auxiliary. She was a communicant of SS. Peter and Paul Church, West Warwick.
( SEE CORRECTION ABOVE ) She leaves a son, Alfred R. Moan Jr., and two daughters, Marilyn E. Maher and Catherine M. Steere, all of Coventry, and five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Irving Yeaw and Kathleen Smith.
The funeral will be held Monday at 8 a.m. from Gorton Funeral Home, 721 Washington St., Route 117, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 in SS. Peter and Paul Church, Highland Street, West Warwick. Burial will be in SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Coventry.
