He was born January 2, 1949 at Philippi, WV, a son of the late Bruce and Omah Carder Golden. On June 13, 1973 at Hot Springs, VA, he was united in marriage to the former Evelyn Bell Cutright who survives at their home in Belington.
David attended the schools of Barbour County and was owner and operator of Golden's Roofing for 20 years. He was a proud Veteran of the US Army serving in the Vietnam War and he was a lifetime member of the VFW Laurel Mountain Post # 410 in Belington. He was a protestant by faith and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
