He graduated from Wilson Memorial High School in 1972, then completed a computer drafting program at WWRC and went on to work as a computer drafter. He enjoyed hunting, golfing, and fishing with family and friends. Dann loved to play cards and game nights. He was a people person who liked jokes, pranks, and making people laugh.
He is preceded in death by his father, Billy B. Conyers and step-mother, Rebecca Conyers; grandparents, T. H. and Thelma Conyers, June and Ethel Blackwell; brother, Jon Conyers; step-brother, Withers Andrews, step-sister and husband, Melissa and Keith Pearson.
In addition to his wife (and childhood sweetheart) of 39 years Vicky (Hevener) Conyers, he is survived by his mother, Ada B. Conyers; three daughters, Melissa Lloyd (Tommy), Alexis Conyers, and Eileen Slemp; three brothers, Scott Conyers (Lynn), Doug Conyers (Betsy), and Neal Conyers; sister-in-law, Chris Conyers; cousin, Diane Hinch; dear friends, Blake and Marty Porter; grandchildren, as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
The service for Daniel Conyers that was to be held Sunday, September 11, 2022 will be postponed until October 2, 2022. The service is scheduled for 2:00pm at Tinkling Spring Presbyterian Church. Memorial donations may be made to the UVA Transplant Center, PO Box 800265, Charlottesville, VA 22908, and the Wildlife Center of Virginia, PO Box 1557, Waynesboro, VA 22980.
