Tamara Joan Peratrovich Mullins Stewart, 28, died April 24 at Humana Hospital-Alaska. A visitation was held at Greater Friendship BaptistChurch. A funeral immediately followed with Rev. J.L. Smith officiating. The burial will take place in May at the Anchorage Memorial Park. Pallbearers included Master Sgt. Jimmy Mayers, Master Sgt. Donald Ellison, Staff Sgt. Peter Jackson, Sgt. James Ellis, Sgt. Mark Davis and Senior Airman Scott Adams.
Mrs. Stewart was born March 15, 1963, in Ketchikan. She was a member of Greater Friendship Baptist Church and was baptized in April 1981. According to family, she enjoyed children, crocheting, garage sales, shopping, cooking and walking. She loved meeting people and entertaining, accounting and bookkeeping.
She is survived by her husband of six years, Michael Eugene; her 2-year-old daughter, Karlisa Louise; her 9-month-old son Jasper Irving Daniel; her parents, J.D. Mullins and Carol Marjorie Peratrovich Mullins; her brother Dexter W. Mullins; her sisters Brenda D. Mullins and Wanda J. Jose, all of Anchorage; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Karen Peratrovich Calvin, of Anchorage; Pamela Mullins Trotter and Susan Mullins Enis, both of San Francisco, Calif.
