Memorial services for Dorothy Evelyn Bell, 83, Lawrence, will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary. Inurnment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
She was born Oct. 18, 1923, in Windber, Pa., the daughter of Stephen and Julia Yatycka Metz. She had lived in Lawrence since 1985.
Mrs. Bell was a homemaker and a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
She married Joseph Bell on July 19, 1945 in Windber, Pa. He died Dec. 25, 1997.
Survivors include four sons, William S. Bell, Thomas J. Bell, Patrick J. Bell, all of Lawrence, and Robert J. Bell, Perry; two daughters, Deborah McCarthy, Lawrence, and Kathleen Gregory, Valley Falls; a sister, Rose Marie Martella, Johnstown, Pa.; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
