Solomon's cemetary stone shows birth year as 1850, but he was born in 1849 In the 1850 census Solomon is 1 year old. His father Edward was in California in 1850, for the gold rush. From my research of family information story.

Solomon Henry Neville was born November 15th, 1849.in District 13, Wapello,County ,Iowa. His parents were Edward Thomspon Neville, and Margaret Peggy Jane McGuire Neville.
Maternal grandparents were Solomon McGuire and Susannah Garrett McGuire.
Paternal grandparents were Henry Neville Sr. and Aramintha/Armyntha Hunter Neville.
Solomon migrated with his parents to the State of Oregon, Summerville, Union County, from Iowa in 1871. His brothers and sisters moved with the family too.
Brothers: William George Neville, and Harvey Edward. Neville. Sisters: Lucretcia Cassanna Neville,Susannah Neville ,Catherine E. Neville, Sarah Jane Neville, Flora Neville and America E. Neville.

Solomon married Julia Ann Hill ,they live in Oregon, Washington, and then California.
