Lewis enjoyed writing poetry. He graduated from college with a Masters Degree in History, Geography and Journalism. He was a school teacher and a newspaper night editor.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Ernest Lewis Price; daughter, Arlene Zelda Price; sister, Ruth Barton and brothers, Charles Price and Thomas Price.
Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Zelda Leoan Davis Price; one son, Linden Barry Price; one grandson, Joshua Price; one granddaughter, Emily Craig; one sister, Alice Pitts of Utah; some cousins, including Alan Blodgett of Portland, Oregon; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
