Survivors include his wife of the home, Vivian Poole Cash; daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Kendall Payne of Winterville, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Andy and Misty Cash of Toccoa; grandchildren, Mason Cash, Kendra Lynne Payne Hart (Blake), and Zachary Jonathon Payne; great-granddaughters, Emery Blair Hart and Ellasyn Brielle Hart; and brother and sister-in-law, Joe and Charlotte Cash of Toccoa.
