He was born on February 27, 1941 in Vandergrift, Pennsylvania the son of the late Michael J. and Eve Bernice (Mazanek) Bennardo.
Andrew was formerly employed at TEMCO as a stock controller and currently worked at the Walmart Supercenter in Harborcreek in the greeting and maintenance department. He was a member of St. Gregory Thaumaturgus Church and the North East Moose Lodge. Andrew loved his family, people, and life.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elsie R. (Matthew) Bennardo; nephew, Mark Bennardo; brother-in-laws, Jim Sinclair, James Smith, Lee Foeks, and James Storey; and sister-in-law, Jane Storey.
Andrew is survived by his son, Andrew Bennardo, Jr. (Theresa); brother, Michael "Sonny" Bennardo (Kathy); sister-in-law, Alda Foeks; nephew, James E. Smith (Dawn); nieces, Mary Sheehan (Joe) and Sheila Johansen (Chris).
Interment will be held at St. Gregory Cemetery.
