Dave was born on April 29, 1956, in Murray, Utah to George A. Richards and Lois Jean Richards. He was the sixth of eight children. Dave married Tammy L. Mulholland, on Sept 17th, 1977, and they raised three children together.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Tammy; his children, Brandon (Jackie) Richards, Jason (Danijela) Richards and Justine (Trenton) Tolman; grandchildren, Colby, Alyssa, Jordan, Mason, Carson, Taylor, and Sofia; his siblings, Claudia (Roger) Keddington, Phillip (Karen) Richards, Conway (Annette) Richards, CeCille (Anthony) Hall, Tom (Linda) Richards, John (Amber) Richards, and Connie Berrett. Many nieces and nephews.
