Saviour's Super Singers Choir
Sarah taught children's choir at First Baptist Church in Comanche for over 40 years. She taught hundreds of children the love of Jesus through music.

Sarah was the president of the local Erma Bombeck fan club. Sarah felt a strong connection to the comical, daily life experiences that Erma wrote about. Sarah and other fan club friends met Erma in person at book signings and enjoyed attending her speaking events. Through personal correspondence, Sarah was encouraged by Erma to share the funny escapades of daily life. Erma told Sarah, "without fans like you my newspaper articles would be lining the bottom of bird cages across America". Sarah entertained many organizations with her Erma Bombeck style presentations.

Sarah kept Hallmark and the U. S. mail in business with her cards of encouragement to young and old alike. Sarah's favorite word was Joy! She lived Joy, spoke Joy, and encouraged Joy to everyone she met!
