Loretta Ann Matthews, 65, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma, passed away peacefully at 2:28 p.m. Friday, July 7, 2017.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until funeral time at 11 a.m. Friday, July 21, 2017, at First Baptist Church of Schriever, 1987 La. 311. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her sons, Rendell and Terrell Matthews; brothers, Arthur J. Williams Sr., Rodney (Jeannie) Williams and Warren T. Williams Sr.; grandson, Jayden Matthews; sisters, Brenda Williams (Ernest Allen), Janice Winslow, Una Mae Seawright (Corey), Juanita Amos and Sandra L. Williams; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Celestin Jr. and Helen Rollins Williams; brother, Bernard Celestin; and grandparents, Celestin Williams Sr. (Bernice), Eugene (Maude) Dorsey, Jordan (Lucy) Rollins and Frank Celestin.
