HAUFSCHILD, Lillian Marie Passed away at Barnswallow Place in Elmira on Thursday, January 19, 2017, having turned 95 on January 17. Loving mother of Doris (Willard) Pfohl of St. Jacobs and the late Robert (2016), survived by daughter-in-law Donna. Grandmother of Brian (Pam) Haufschild of Port Huron, Michigan, Karen (Jeff) Leonard of California, and Catherine Haufschild of Whistler, BC, Heather (Terry) Sutcliffe of Guelph, Wendy (Tim) Weber and Jeffrey (Debbie) of Wellesley. Great-grandmother of Jonathan and Josiah Haufschild, Owen, Ethan, Justin and Andrew Leonard, Lucas and Benjamin Sutcliffe, Laura and William Weber, Jacob and Katelyn Pfohl. Survived by her sister Verna (Wray) Roth and remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Aaron and Mary Wilhelm, brothers Ivan (Elsie), Lester (Myrtle) Robert (Lila), Eldon, Russell, Gordon (Jean), sisters, Hazel (Allen) Blaine and Ruby (Carl) Brickman. Lovingly remembered by sisters-in-law Anne Wilhelm and Doreen Wilhelm. Her family will receive friends at the Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre on Saturday, February 4 from 10 to 11:15 a.m. The memorial service will be held at the same location at 11:30 a.m. Reception to follow. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery in New Hamburg. Memorial donations to Caring Partners Global Inc. or Mennonite Central Committee are greatly appreciated.
