Mick was born March 1, 1929 in Brownsburg, Indiana, the middle child of seven, attended Brownsburg schools and graduated from Brownsburg High School. Mick enlisted in the army and served in the national guard. Mick was a Tool and Dye Maker for Allison Transmission and Engine in Speedway for 32 years. Mick is survived by his wife of 67 years, Zelma, his son Michael, and his daughter Anita. Mick's showing will be at the Conkle Funeral Home located at 76 Avon Avenue in Avon on Monday, February 7th from 4-8 p.m. and his funeral mass will be held at Mary Queen of Peace Parish, 1005 West Main Street in Danville on Tuesday, February 8th at 10:00 a.m.
