"Mrs. M. Stasukinas Claimed By Death -
Mrs. Mary Perlis Stasukias, a well-known resident of Hanover Township, died this morning at 1 oclock at her home, 7 Scureman street, Lyndwood, following an illness of complications. She was a member of St. Casimir's Church, Larksville, and St. Ann's Society of that church.
Born in Lithuania, she came to this country at an early age, residing in Plymouth for sometime before moving to Lyndwood.
Surviving are these children: Joseph Perlis and Mrs. Theresa Polunas, Lyndwood; Mrs. Anna Yanks, Philadelphia; Mrs. Stella Lulewicz, Plymouth; William Perlis, Kingston; Albert, with the U. S. Army in Hawaii; and Andrew Stasukinas, at home.
Fourteen grandchildren also survive.
The funeral will be held Monday morning at 8:30with a requiem mass at 9 in St. Casimir's Church , Larksville. Burial will be in the parish cemetery, Muhlenburg."

Her maiden name has several different spelling variations throughout her documents. Dylis, Dillius, Dilius, Dillis, etc. The surname Perlis is her first marriage to William Perlis (Americanized spelling).
